The country is divided into 9 provinces and Lusaka is the capital city. Mining, Agriculture and Tourism are among the main sources of the country's income. Nsima is the key ingredient to our staple diet - a communal food eaten with no utensils and seldom eaten alone. It keeps us together and az-zambians make it a habit to indulge in a weekly meal at one of the various homes.
