- Discussion on Social

 

- Status - There has been no update on the tickets or ticket availabilty

- Strong Feeling that this event should be either posponed or cancelled because of a lack of seriousness, committment and basic communication on what is happening

- Only two weekes to event is insufficient time to prepare for this event. This is the same problem that existed during other events and the recommendaiton is that we do not go forward with this event as we will end up failing to meet the objective of ticket distribution before the event.

- Next meeting at Kwame's place on Sunday, the 19th

- Focus should be on the Elections and General Meeting
