Agenda: Independence Event Lesson's Learned, Elections

[pro] Worked well as a team
[con] Waited until the last minute to decide on a location
[con] Collections were haphazard and not done in an efficient fashion
[fut] We should get the money beforehand when necessary
[pro] Great attendance, lots of fun
[pro] Food was excellent
[fut] Avoid residential neighborhoods
[fut] Start looking into location early for next event, by March

 

Elections

- By 2nd or 3rd week of January
- Polling stations for Tucson and Phoenix - in both locations so people can vote in their respective towns
- Letters need to be out by December 15th
- Ballots should be printed and accounted for

- [AI] Jan 13th is the tentative date for nominations
- [AI] Jan 27th is the tentative date for elections
